Bought my husband a name plate for his desk at work... I thought to myself."what can I buy as a Christmas gift that he doesn't even know he wants but will love if he has? I went in with 3 watches, I needed one resized, one needed a battery replacement, and one needed both a resizing and a new battery. After 45 minutes of waiting, while no other customers were in the store and all employees were available, my watches were returned to me, and the 65+ year old man working in the back had messed up and resized the wrong watch, even though I had been very clear on my instructions. After another 30 minutes, they finally had it figured out, and returned the watches to me. They had put the extra links and pins from the two watches in the same bag, mixing up everything,

Horrible service.will NOT go back again and will tell everyone I know not to.first I brought my necklace in before Christmas.its an emergency medical necklace.it already had Asthmatic engraved dark on the top and I needed hypertension underneath the same thickness etc ( common sense) when looking at it and how important it is to see!! ( My life could depend on it) well they asked when I needed it and I nicely said it could be a little after Christmas.so they called each day for a few days ( pushy) once is good. I come in to see and I'm shocked .....too small and can barely see it.i ask why was

Overall rushed customer service. Still professional and polite of course, But did not make you feel sound and secure when bringing in electronics to be engraved. Especially when you know nothing of the process. Makes the customer feel uneasy and left uneducated. No type of insurance policy either for higher priced electronics😬
They did not take accurate notes on my order, yet so simple. The professional at the counter, scribbled on the counter the wording I wanted and had me bring up a picture of the emblem I was requesting. Thats it! No layout confirmation, no sketch. No work order of any
