St. Nicholas Private Asset Management, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Tim Cebulko CFA/CFP and Allen Witham CTFA. Our goal is to provide a combination of investment management and client service at levels superior to our competition. Our methodology is built around the concepts of flexible investment management and back-to-basics client service.
The St. Nicholas Growth-at-a-Reasonable-Price(GARP) approach allows us to identify attractive purchase candidates regardless of the market's current style preference. We utilize both growth and value companies depending on market conditions and maintain exposure to all market cap levels.

Services
There is no intended religious or 'Santa Claus' connection to our company name. St. Nicholas is actually the name of a Jacksonville neighborhood where one of our founding principals resided at the time we started the firm. St. Nicholas does not hold any of the assets that we manage - we are not a registered custodian.
St. Nicholas Private Asset Management was founded on the recognition that large investment management firms were unable to deliver the premium client service they promised. Our clients will know each member of our company, and each person in our company will know every client. Collectively we have been in the client service business for over 100 years.

Turn left onto Belfort and go under JTB (Rt 202) overpass. Proceed 2 blocks to next stoplight. Turn left onto Southpoint Parkway.
