Like most businesses, customer service was lacking. I gave him info for pick up and he seemed to pay attention to where I was going more than anything. Was told 30 minutes and after 45 minutes called him back and once again asked about where I was going and then decided to go ahead and send a text. Not sure why one was not dispatched the first time but anyway not a good impression at all.

Can't depend on this company!!! Called 3 times to make sure they were clear on picking up my brother for our mother's funeral and they never showed to pick him up. We had to go out of our way and the funeral started late because of their terrible service. Shame on them to leave him hanging at a time like this! They don't deserve 1 star.

Needed a ride from the shopping mall back to pickup my motorcycle. Gave these guys a try since they were closest and had good reviews.
I have to agree that the customer service was very good. Polite and courteous always.
The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the cabs they are using are VERY old and beat up. If you can look past that, i would recommend them.
