I ordered a screen Friday morning, owner said to pick up before 5. Store is closed on the weekend. I arrived at 4:45 and the store was closed.
I am finishing up the renovations on my rental in Riverside on Saturday and now I have to return again next weekend just to put the screen on.
If you advertise and personally tell me you are open until 5 then be open until 5. I am a very busy person and I have my days well planned out. This store just cost me another half day away from home and about $15.00 in fuel.
If the owner had an emergency, well perhaps I will change my review. Until then One star

When my wife and I bought a house we realized it was missing a screen for a window. Contacted rapid screen repair and they got right back to me! Dropped off a screen and they made two the same size for my house (I replaced a second old screen). It was ready for pickup the next day, the screens are strong and sturdy and fit nicely for my windows. The man at the front desk (I'm assuming the owner) was friendly and wore a mask (for Covid spread prevention). Great service and I recommend them, if I need a screen they are now my go to!

It's hard to explain how easy and affordable this process was for me. Tim did an amazing job..showed up early to our appointments, was an absolute pleasure to interact with, and knew is craft down to every detail. Definitely saving me money in places I didn't need to spend it and the quality of the work I am absolutely thrilled with.

I rent an apartment and needed one screen re-screened and one built to match. Something my landlord should cover due to errors in recent building repairs, but I didn't want to deal with the headache of dealing with my landlord asking for reimbursement. So, point is, for money I greatly didn't want to spend...the cost overall wasn't too bad.
VERY fast turnaround (sooner than 24hrs) and their shop was busy.
Owner was quick with customer service sticking straight to business (no friendly small talk) which was ok by me.
Parking in the rear of their building is extremely tight,

What a great business. I called and talked to the owner. I gave him measurements over the phone and he said to come in tomorrow at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm the next day and everything was ready... it was just that easy. Love it. More businesses need to operate like this. Will be recommending to all friends and family.
