We have one of the largest selections of hot tub & spa supplies, and parts anywhere. Get Free Standard Shipping to the U.S. contiguous 48-states on all orders with a merchandise total of $100 or more. Sorry, no shipping to Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, or Yukon. Orders for stocked merchandise placed by 8 PM Eastern Time (5 PM Pacific) are normally shipped the same business day.

What do I do if my order arrives broken or damaged? If possible, refuse delivery of the broken or damaged items.
Begin typing your equipment brand (Hot Spring, Sundance, Belize Spas, Jacuzzi, Hayward, Waterway, etc.) and select it from the drop-down list. Compare search results to your old filter dimensions & style for a match. No single factor is more essential for hot tub or pool water quality than your filtration system.
If you're not confident or qualified to do electric wiring, there's still installation prep-work you can do to reduce expenses. We'll walk you through a typical project to show what's involved. CAUTION: Electrical work and repairs can be dangerous, especially around water. There is a risk of shock or electrocution, which could result in serious injury or death.

There aren't enough stars in the galaxy to give this place. Every time I order something it arrives promptly and well packaged. But today Ryan at technical support went above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair a pretty complex electrical issue that nobody has been able to solve. This is probably the worst company that I have worked with, I purchased a control board for my spa back in December of 2020 and has still not received it. I have had multiple "chats" with support agents with the same results, sorry its a factory delay and we don't know when we will get your part or you don't understand the supply chain.
Will never shop here again!

I ordered a part abs paid for the 1-2 day service. I knew they use FedEx which delivers on the weekends. The part shipped out Friday morning and did not get there until 8pm Monday. I called for a refund because I did not get the part in 1-2 days as told. They would not refund my $65 for expedited shipping and I have to pay to return the item. The only reason I am returning it is because they lied and it did not come in the time they told me it would. This company operates without integrity. As I am out approximately $100 on shipping charges they will never get my business ever again.

I ordered a replacement hot tub cover from Spadepot.com. The cover was originally sent in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they did verify the color was wrong and started making a new cover for me.
The problem came with the disposal of the incorrect cover - they told me I could give it away or find some way to dispose of it. It is a custom cover so I was unable to get rid of it. I contacted spadepot.com and said I had a quote for removal and would like a refund in the amount to cover the disposal of the incorrect cover - the response I was given was "we are not liable for disposal

I ordered a new spa pack on behalf of a neighbor and did the install myself. It took three calls to support to get the new system working, partly due to a setting that needed to be changed and mostly due to faulty wiring from the prior hot tub system. The calls were answered promptly and the technicians were knowledgeable and polite and were dedicated to getting things working. Ryan in particular went above and beyond. I had ordered from spa depot before and recalled that it was a good experience. I recommend them. My only minor criticism with the manufacturer is that I think the new system should

Fantastic customer service. For the past 5 years, I have used a different online spa retailer, exclusively. When my 20-year-old pump finally died, I reached out to my old retailer for help finding a replacement. My old retailer sent me the wrong pump, and when I called for assistance, made me feel like I was bothering them. I ended up having to return the pump, at my own shipping costs. The old retailer told me they didn't make a replacement pump for my hot tub.

Can't say enough about this company. I've only purchased a few replacement parts over the years (heaters, pumps, filters), but those purchases all came from one on one interaction with the tech support team. Just completed installing a new pump to replace the failed one. Pump arrived sooner than I expected and the installation instructions on line were very helpful. Even more helpful was the telephone support I received. Send them a photo, they immediately respond with a ticket number, and then are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Careful with this company. I believe they can be deceptive with products and prices. I've been purchasing spa shock from them for the last two years. I recently reordered the same as always and when the product arrived the containers were 25% smaller for the same price. No notice the the product changed size. An email to the company resulted in them saying their prices went up. OK, but nothing about why there was no note on the product description that the product is the same price but for 25% less shock. I wont be a customer anymore because to me they are trying to deceive customers by not

Never had any problems ordering from Spa Depot. They always seem to have the parts and chemicals I need to keep my hot tub running perfectly. The shipping is quick; if they say order by a certain time for same-day shipping, they mean it!

We purchased a Dimension One Spa (Quadra model) from Spa Depot in August of 2004. The delivery was fast and the product has been working extremely well for about 14 years without any problems. We could not be happier. Delivery was extremely fast.

Great Customer service! I've bought spa supplies and pumps for my spas from them for several years. Recently, I got a pump that died after about a week of use and The Spa Depot was great in getting me a new pump and getting my refund done promptly.

Just like the review from Jamie H. We've had the same experience which makes me think these people are scamming customers!

My wife ordered our cover on Feb 12th. The chemicals arrived but not the cover. My wife inquired after several weeks as to the where abouts of the cover. Only to find that the shipping company supposedly had the wrong address so our cover sat in a warehouse for 3 weeks. My wife's called and only Spa Depot can change the shipping information. So she's called 4 times and spoken to these people / customer serviceless! I've also taken time off from work to

I got a new e850l spa in February 2015. After installing it, I determined it had a major leak. Spa depot asked me to take off the side panels & find the source of the leak. Reluctantly, I did. I discovered it was leaking at a location thay was patched at the factory. Furthermore, there were other problems, the screws for attaching the panels were easily stripped, & there were dome air lines that were pinched.
Spa depot replaced the tub, but did not fully compensate me for my added costs & labor. The new tub arrived & was installed in mid-April.

I'm really liking my Lifecast hot tub, but wasn't too happy about how hard and costly it was to use it.

When my tub arrived, I was hoping that they'd be able to set it up in my backyard, but I was wrong. The UPS driver was to only deliver it to my front door. I called the Spa Depot, and they couldn't help me on setting up my hot tub. I was basically screwed. After that, I called Olympic Hot Tub and they referred me to Spa Delivery Service. I had to pay $350 just to move my tub from the garage to the back yard. They have never seen a Lifecast, so I had to fill it myself.
