Potholes are the result of moisture seeding into pavement areas. When the water from the moisture gets cold, it causes expansion, then thawing. When this happens repeatedly, it causes the surface to weaken. The weak pavement is then susceptible to erosion from frequent traffic. Over time, the wear and tear of the affected area causes the asphalt and the soil beneath it to be removed, thereby causing a hole.

Jason and his team were fabulous!! Right from the start, always on time! First the appointment for the estimate, right up to the day of the work. They did a wonderful job on our driveway! We are beyond happy and wouldn't hesitate to call for any more asphalt need.

I used this company, after researching several others, for a seal-coating project with a 228 unit townhome community. They communicated clearly each step of the way, were polite, professional, and on time every day.
