Roger did a thorough inspection (and cleaning) of our furnace unit and went over the punch list with me at the end. He adjusted a damper to eliminate a chirping noise that had developed over the last year. He also made sure that out steam humidifier was working properly. He did not rush and made sure to do the job right.

This is an amazing company. They were here 1 minute before the time scheduled. They worked quietly, hard and professional the whole time. They worked hard and solid. I was amazed at how organized the crew was. Before they arrived when setting things up and getting quotes they were simply one of the nicest companies to work for. Never minding to answer any and all questions I had. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone needing Heat or AC work.

Tech (Jake)was great. Explained everything to the detail that was good for me. Only reason for the 4 star was I thought a bit pricey at >$300 for a seasonal check and one sensor replacement - but if it keeps my 19 year system chugging for another 5, it will be worth it.

KD Mechanical was amazing!! My AC stopped working on perhaps the hottest day of the year. They were able to get someone out quickly, determine the issue and swap out the bad capacitor. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and had my unit back up and running in less than half an hour. Thank you so much for such excellent service. The KD Team was GREAT ! I ran into an issue with my AC and they jumped on it right away...customer service was the BEST I have seen with a HVAC ! The Owner actually called me to make sure I was happy with a few hours after the team left. Gave his cell and told me to call him anytime !

Our HVAC guy would not call us back so we googled and the first company wanted 95.00 just to out. Second was KD. What a relief- nice family run business that showed up and hooked us up! Left without charging us as well. Worked out a replacement part price over the phone. The two installers explained my entire unit and serviced it as well. I'm telling my neighbors because AC techs are hard to come by and not get ripped off. Lucky to have found you!

Kelly provided excellent customer service by helping me with the process and working with my warranty company. They were compassionate and understanding. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend KD Mechanical. I would also recommend their annual service plan, very affordable!

This is a family owned company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Our humidifier was not working and we were desperate to get in working order so we could bring a fresh Christmas tree into the house safely for the month of December. We were ready to replace it, but thankfully it was an easy fix with just new tubing. No job too small. Thank you for such a quick response and fix! You saved Christmas! I highly recommend KD Mechanical for any size job.
