Beware! I received another customer’s quilt, and they had my quilt. Meaning our personal items and keepsakes were in another person’s home!
MemoryStitch arranged for us to exchange directly and it was still the wrong backing. They offered that I send it back for correction.
Would you trust this company again with your items? Absolutely not. I asked for a full refund and was declined.

Memory Stitch did an amazing job with my memory blanket. I had the blanket made for my daughter for Christmas. I sent them her college T-shirts and they put together a double sided blanket. There was a question about layout and they promptly followed up with me. I told them to use their best judgement and the results were spot on. The quality is exactly as expected. I am so pleased with the way this project turned out!!!! I am a 14 year breast cancer survivor, and these shirts were all breast cancer walks I have done in the past years. A lot of miles, sweat and tears are in these shirts.
I was very hesitant to send these shirts, but they exceeded my expectations. This is the best way to display some of my hard work and dedication. I will and have used this company again. They communicated with me thru the whole process (order, receiving shirts, shipping info, and a follow up). Give them a try!

My GrandNiece loved her T-shirt blanket. She enjoyed looking at her favorite t-shirts, that she has grown out of. And, she loved the milky fleece backing. Since several of the t-shirts were smaller, Ashley from MemoryStitch Customer Service contacted me and they agreed to add additional material, which I was very willing to pay for. The blanket turned out great and the additional material/borders enhanced the beauty. Thank you MemoryStitch for making my niece's 7th Birthday very happy!

MemoryStitch was amazing! I had been searching for a place to get my daughter's elementary school tee shirts turned into a quilt but was having such trouble finding something I could afford. When I came across MemoryStitch I was so excited. I must say, I did worry about the quality, but I should not have! When the quilt arrived all packaged up with a bow and individual handwritten note, I was SO happy. My daughter's face lit up and she was so excited to receive the quilt. She uses it every night.
