J.E. Scholtz Custom Millwork was founded in 1986 by John and Janice Scholtz. The Scholtz family has been in the lumber and woodworking business for five generations, and J.E. Scholtz Custom Millwork is proud to be a WBE Certified woman-owned business enterprise. The company has grown from a mom & pop operation into a team of fine craftsmen and professionals who take pride in delivering quality work, every time.

First off, The secretary was very cordial and kind. l asked for something that might be trivial to some companies and normally wouldn't warrant a response back to my inquiry. However, John called me back within 20 minutes and was happy to oblige me with what I needed, regardless of how trivial it seemed. So thanks John.
As far as the millwork, I can't say much because I didn't deal with that directly. But my father was a carpenter for 35 years, his specialty was finish work. So I've seen what a good shop looks like and JE Scholtz looked good. Everyone had PPE on, no trip hazards and overall well
