SCIW Fence Products, Inc. was established in 1923 in Camden, NJ and has been owned and operated by the Kowal family for four generations. We continue to conduct our business with the same regard for quality, value and integrity as our founder Antoni Kowal. In 1945 a second generation joined the business, resulting in the expansion of welding and fabrication of steel ornamental fences.
Mitch Kowal Jr is the 3rd generation of the Kowal family to oversee SCIW Fence products. Mitch grew up in Camden in the same Polish neighborhood where our company was founded in 1923. After graduating high school and serving in the Coast Guard he returned to join the family business full time. Mitch was instrumental in the change of our company from an installation company to a wholesale distributor.
