Too rude to be dealing with the public, and an embarrassment to the Medical Field and especially to the Veterans Department. If you need durable meds, contact Medical Mobility Solutions, Mr Gerald Johns for Friendly, caring concern. This is My Opinion, I have dealt with the public over 50 years, Medical Field over 30 years, and respected Veterans all of my 79 years of life, so I have a good idea of how this is supposed to work.If you don’t like your job, you need to quit. Two females at Shumans need to quit, because they are sending business out the door. Again, this is my opinion
