Our quick and convenient physical helps commercial and non-commercial drivers fulfill the regulatory Department of Transportation & Department of Public Safety requirements. All commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, hoisting & hydraulic licenses are required to have a department of transportation (DOT) Medical Examination every two years.

Just finished up my DOT exam few weeks ago and Dr.Costa was great , he answered all my questions I had for him, and his front desk team are awesome they get you all squared away, I highly recommend Dr. Costa. Office..

Everything was great. Doctor costa is a great guy and the girls are very nice and always smiling. Have been to both of their offices and always pleasant. Do yourself a favor and don't bother looking anywhere else.

Doesn't get any better. Dr Costa is the most reasonable and fair physician you will meet. The staff is the sweetest. Myself and all of the drivers where i work (OVER 60 drivers), have been going to their office for 5 years now and have never had an issue. I recommend them to everyone and so do my co-workers. Convenient and can always get us in when needed! Thanks!! Mike G.
