Our property manager had them go to one of our properties to do an A/C service/maintenance as we were between tenants. They were professional, on time and very reasonable pricing. They suggested we sign up for their maintenance/preferred customer plan, which we did. They then retroactively applied the discount to a previous order. When we called from Canada to talk to them, they were responsive, polite and professional. We will be using them for all our properties in the future.

Very hard workers with attention to detail.
As with most larger jobs there were a few hiccups but they took care of them quickly and professionally.
I trust this company to do any work for me.
Also a excellent Management/ Owner, is very easy to work with and explains things so everyone can understand.
I would recommend them to anyone needing a new AC here in Florida. Their prices are very reasonable and great warranty!

The serviceman was pretty nice & them as a company seems really professional, my only issue is the price. They literally charged me almost $200 just to take off my old thermostat & clip a new one on. $99 for the charge to come out & $90 for the thermostat. They didn’t look at my AC, because I had already knew my issue was the thermostat only. I feel like they overcharged me, especially when it only took him 2 minutes. No wiring issue or anything. Complete rip off.

I think these guys are liget all the way. Great service, technicians that know what they are doing and are willing to explain situations to the customer. There are a lot of pretend AC and heating companies who have techs that are just skimming the market right now but Warnky really gets the job done right.

I wanted to thank Warnky Heating and Cooling and their employee Angel. After a year of our AC not working we finally got it fixed. We had at least 7 other ac companies come and we were told from there being nothing wrong to needing a new unit to needing all new duct work (which had just been replaced) to all kinds of other reasons and excuses you… guys found the issue and fixed it. You didn’t try to sell me anything you worked on fixing the issue and you did.
