We had a new 18 seer 2 speed Trane system installed. The installers were professional, efficient (one day install), courteous and very knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to answer questions and inform us about our new system. Jeff our sells representative was also very courteous and patient in answering our questions.
A hot house does no good for your health or peace of mind. High indoor temperatures are especially unsafe for young children and the elderly. We purchased our new Air handler and heat pump from Pinellas Comfort Systems! We couldn’t be happier with their sales and wonderful service! Larry and Bryce were the best of the best! They went above and beyond starting early and working non stop until our new unit was up and running and given us lessons on how to! We are new to Florida. When our A/C went out, we called someone that our neighbor recommended. No response and our home was 90 degrees. I called Pinellas Comfort Systems and was greeted by Lori who relayed our symptoms to a service technician. The service was prompt and very knowledgeable. Great company and service-oriented staff. Located company to service home heat pump via Trane website. Company responded to service request email within one hour with prompt appointment. Service Technician Zack called when enroute. Arrived and solved problem in minimum time. Took time to "educate" me. Had all required repair parts on truck. Took time to check entire system. Arranged for visit the next day by knowledgeable "Comfort Specialist" Ryan, also a great company representative, who inspected home and existing system and provided estimates for a variety of potential

I got a new HVAC system installed today(7/15/2019) by Zack and Larry. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They slaved away in my hot garage for hours and the end result is my house is once again cool and comfortable. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were helpful in helping me understand the new system since my prior system was 20 years old; I now have this fancy, high tech thermostat that they walked me through.
The whole process from scheduling an appointment for an estimate, to going over my options, to scheduling an installation was all very fast

Awesome family-owned (three generations) A/C company. They are always on-time, courteous, and responsive! Just what you need when it's 100 degrees out and your air shuts off! I love them and will not work with any other company for my A/C repairs, purchases, or installations. Thanks for being great!
