Your tech arrived shortly before 4:00pm appointment, and didn't have key to the camera equip. enclosure. I waited with him for 1 hr and 20 minutes for an employee to bring a key. Tech connected his laptop, and asked if I received images on my iphone. I handed him the phone and In a few minutes he showed me a camera mage on the phone. He then left, and I returned to my house, and checked my email on both the iphone and computer...No camera notification? Is it to much to expect that your tech would restore my system as installed by you company?

Randy, owner of Next Level, has treated me like royalty from the outset (over five years ago). He and his crew have taken care of all my television needs (selection of tv, installation, set-up, and instructions for me). I now have Next Level Security for my home. I am a very satisfied customer. Please let me add: DUSTIN IS THE VERY BEST!!! Dustin has come to my house on several occasions to teach and re-teach me how to use my equipment. He has also set up/connected/rearranged electronic entertainment stuff I already had on hand so it would work with Next Level equipment. Dustin is very patient
