As a caregiver we use these transport services quite a bit. I have never experienced a service with such an amazing amount of integrity, friendliness and promptness. If you want a reliable driver and someone who shows up on time no matter what.....even on a holiday then hire this company. I called for a simple hospital to hospital transfer that should have taken a half hour. But both hospitals were slammed and understaffed plus the traffic was horrible. The poor driver had to wait for an hour to pick up my 94 year old father because staff were slow to process him. Then he had to wait another hour at the new hospital ER. He even had to leave his wheelchair at the new hospital because they didn't have any gurneys available. He had to go back the next day to pick it up. UpLift Transport is truly the best. My husband needs to be transported by gurney to dialysis, MWF from his skilled nursing facility. UpLift doesn't miss a beat and is on time. Greg, the owner of UpLift is very professional and knows his business, because he works directly with the patients. My husband was so scared they might hurt him during the transfer to the gurney, but Greg spoke directly to him and assured him.... "WE HAVE GOT YOU". Then one, two, three the transfer was complete. A friend of mine and I decided to buy a used motorized wheelchair for a man we saw in our community. He had lost his left leg and was moving around with a manual wheelchair. We found a motorized wheelchair but had no way of transporting the 300 lb wheelchair about 20 miles away. After getting into a nasty auto wreck out of town, my wife and I were in no condition to make the 7 hour trek back home by ourselves. After looking at every long distance medical transport, Uplift seemed to be the best by far, and I'm so glad we decided to go with them.

If I could give this company any more stars I would! This very professional and caring team are the ONLY ones I would consider to transport your loved ones. We had an "emergency" situation to get our Mom home. Timing was of the essence. This team squeezed in a 7AM transport just before their own personal appointment later that morning. Michael was the representative from Uplift who brought a patient of ours to two appointments. He was extremely nice to the patient and to our office. He was always on time with the patient, and safely transported the patient to and from his wheelchair and the operatory chair. Uplift Transport is the best of the best! We have used them several times, and they consistently provide excellent service. Even when faced with unusual, difficult obstacles (such as needing to carry a 250-pound man in a wheelchair up a stairway with a sharp turn in the middle), they come through beautifully! Greg and his team are always on time, dependable, professional and, perhaps most important, very caring. We recently used Uplift Transport so that our stepmom could attend my dad's funeral. The door-to-door service provided was simply impeccable. Michael, the driver for the day, went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly; from transporting/pushing my step-mom to and from all locations, to even helping us set up chairs for our pre-dinner cocktail hour. I highly recommend Uplift Transport for non-emergency medical transportation needs.
My elderly mother has dementia and uses a wheelchair. I scheduled Uplift Transport to get her to a doctor's appointment with less stress and no need to transfer from wheelchair to passenger seat and back again.
Our driver was better than prompt. He was a bit early. He treated my mother gently and with respect as he loaded her into the front passenger space in her wheelchair.
I found the bindings keeping the chair in place and the seat belt to be good choices and very secure.

At a time that this kind of service is necessary, my nerves are raw and I am on the edge.
A good friend of mine needed transportation from the hospital to the rehab facility, and I was unable to be present during the transport.

The team is amazing. Loved having the same drivers (Huy and Daniel) for my mom for her dialysis appointments. Very attentive, respectful and careful in their transport and driving. I used Uplift to pickup a guest speaker for our office. It was an absolute fantastic experience. Our guest and his wife were very pleased with the service they received and couldn't have been happier. I picked this service because I really like the fact that the passenger can sit up front.

This service is amazing. Over the past several months, my 85 year old mother's health has deteriorated. It's difficult for her to stand, and moving her from bed to wheelchair to car is hard on her and everyone else. Uplift Transport to the rescue! I spoke to Greg about ongoing wheelchair transport for our father. He was very kind and assured me that they would provide a door-through-door highly assisted service and make sure our dad was treated just like family.
