We are a Kansas City-based business, providing an answer to all your transportation needs. KC Night Train by Walden Limousine Service LLC offers exceptional limousine and party bus service for Kansas City and the surrounding areas. KC Night Train is a family owned business. Starting in 2007 with just one bus and working hard to build up our fleet to what we have today.
There is a 14-day cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days prior to reservation date. No shows or cancellation within 3 hours prior to pick-up time of lessee/customer is responsible for 50% of the total bill of the rental and it will be charged to their charge card.
The service we provide is upheld in the most responsible legal manner. We ask that you talk to your youth, and the other youths that will be using the limousine or party bus and their parents, to outline our policy. We, along with local law enforcement, are committed to providing a safe and sober experience.
Party Bus Range is $125 - $145 per hour plus 20% tip for the driver depending on which bus you choose and time of year. There is a 4 hour min. Sunday-Thursday, 30 plus passenger Party Buses rent from $125-$145 per hour plus tip for the driver. There is a 3 hour min. Standard SUV 14-15 passenger limousine rent for $110 - $120 per hour plus 20% tip for the driver.

We booked Showtime for our wedding day, but then the bus we rented ended up needing a repair so we were transferred to this company to work with and it worked out GREAT! The main contact was friendly and professional, the driver was perfect, on time, helpful. The bus was clean. This was definitely an 'extra' for our wedding day but I am so glad we spent the money and did this because it was so fun and the service was absolutely perfect. I've said so many times "i am so glad we did that!!" Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you KC Night Train!!!!

We were so impressed with our KC Night Train experience and the company as a whole. Sean was easy to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. Our driver, Judith, had a great personality, was on time and had a professional yet fun presence throughout the whole night. She was up for any changes we made to the route and was an amazing person to work with. We were on the Green Bus, had such a fun time and were very impressed by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the ride. I would 10/10 recommend them for any of your Party Bus needs. KC Night Train is one of the best transportation companies in the city. I've used them many times, and they always go out of their way to make our experience the best one possible. They are legal, properly insured, and have trained drivers that know the city and all of the places you could want to visit while traveling around on their buses!
They also provide a "tailgate experience" for sporting events that no other transportation companies in the city offer. They provide all of the tables, chairs, tents, etc. that you and your friends will need while at the stadium!

Sean is awesome, and KC Night Train is a class act. Great communication, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, they deliver what they promise. I have used this company for three years for company Royals Events - their package deal including chairs and a cooler of ice can't be beaten. Recently, we had the opportunity to rent a limo for a deserving couple, and Sean and Charlie stepped up big time to make the event memorable. Thank you!

Best party bus company in KC hands down!!!! They're attentive and always on time! Their accommodations are above all others. They have the friendliest drivers and always aim to please! I've had nothing but the best experiences with them everytime I've been on their buses for parties or personal bookings. Any type of party you need them for they are more than willing to help you have the best time. They have competitive rates and pricing. I wouldn't book with anyone else :)

My husband rented a limo for my birthday. It was perfect!! They took us anywhere we wanted. Had the best night ever. We didn't have to worry about who was going to drive so we all got to drink and have a blast. We will use kc night train ever time. The prices were amazing.. next time we are going to rent mellow yellow bus. It look really fun!
