I’ve talked to a few lawyers before picking Mr.O’Grady and he was the obvious choice, from the start he was confident that the case could be dismissed and he made sure that it was. Case was dismissed and during the entire process of it being dismissed I was treated great by his team. In the beginning I thought all hope was lost but as soon as I saw that Mr.O’grady and his team was fighting on my side I knew immediately I was in good hands and the end results speak for themselves. Mr O'Grady is an amazing lawyer and definitely someone you want on your side in the court room. I was pretty sure I was going to have to take a plea deal or something along those lines when i was looking for a lawyer. But once I sat down with Mr O'Grady he informed me if I decided to go with him as my lawyer he would pursue for me being found not guilty. I wasn’t 100% convinced that was possible. But after the first day in court and seeing how he represented me I was confident I had a chance. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case. This is a late review. Mr. O'Grady represented me back in September. First part of the review is for O'Grady and the second part is foe his paralegal.
I got a speeding ticket for going 88 in a 45 by Schofield Barracks. I came to his office, we said the common pleasantries and got straight into business. No BS and straight to the point, just how I like it. I was in the process of moving back to California and Mr. O'Grady got my case settled weeks before my actual court appearance. Instead of being charged with a petty misdemeanor, I only got a monetary ticket and no DMV points.
