I'm a retired physician of internal medicine and was recently hospitalized for vertigo. I came to see Kurt for instructions on vestibular exercises. Suffice it to say, his exam was more complete than any I had in the hospital and he did an excellent job in showing me how to do these exercises. There's a reason for all the great reviews and it's because this guy is terrific.

I interned under him for several months so I got to see first hand just how great he really is. Best Physical Therapist in this whole state! Kind, compassionate, great bedside manner, uplifting and extremely knowledgeable! If it wasn't for Kurt I would be in so much more pain. The manipulation for my neck and back makes me feel like a million bucks plus the stimulation machine after the therapy is a perfect combo. I wouldn't go to anyone else! You will be thanking me if you came here, it's truly the best PT office around!

Great rehab experience with them, the staff is very professional and friendly. Gladly got there by referral from my health insurance after a recent shoulder surgery. They are attentive, motivating, compassionate, and push you to get the best out of it every time. They go the extra mile on each session, heat therapy, assisted strengthening and stretching exercises, cold therapy, electro stimulation, whatever it takes to ensure optimal recovery regardless of duration, most of the times exceeding typical session duration. Kurt Klein is very skilled at what he does. If you have back problems, oh my goodness, he can fix you. He specializes in what they call "manual therapy". Manual therapists are certified by University of St. Augustine (http://cpe.usa.edu/Images/PDF/USA-Certification-Graduate-Listing.pdf). From my layman's terms, this seems somewhere along the lines of massage therapy or chiropractic. Except we are talking from the perspective of physical therapy, so please don't tell a physical therapist I just said that. Much more training is required for the physical therapist over the
