Sorry the previous person had a bad experience with Mike at Advantage. I had a super good experience. His solution for my issue was right on. My house was located in a "hole" and all rain water drained down to make a moat around it in back and came into the living room in front.
I did have to wait a long time and yes he did not return texts, but he did a better than excellent job for a very reasonable amount.
This man knows what he is doing.

I had a consultation done for drainage issues happening in my backyard. From the beginning, the owner, Michael Ellington, seemed annoyed to be there. He did not respond to either email requesting the consult, and then when I called to try to set one up over the phone instead, he answered the phone "Hello", which annoys the crap out of me when people are running a business. I don't know you, and you don't know me, tell me who you are and who you represent! Anyway, he never confirmed our appointment, and because he was "in the field" at the time of the phone call
