Great company over all, staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! Finance department is great at helping all customers regardless of their situation! Low pressure sales department, alongside with managers that want to help! The service department is extremely urgent with repairs and accommodate/go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is fixed properly and in a timely manor!

It was quick and easy! I did most of it remotely. This is the second car I leased from West Herr. They will be my forever dealership. My salesman is JJ i love and trust him and his assistant Sloan. They are from the Lincoln dealer but with limited options they helped me with their Hyundai dealer. Anthony helped them order me a car. He was my salesman there he was also awesome. They all made the process smooth. I would recommend coming to West Herr because they have the best staff and unlimited options available!
