President - Jay Henning is the founder and owner of United Building Services, which originated in 1981. He oversees and controls all divisions of the company.
Prior to this, he was involved in building management and is experienced in many diversified fields of building maintenance. Operations Manager - Darren Galloway has 25+ years of experience in the high rise window cleaning industry. He schedules and manages the daily work, and is the onsite manager.

With the belief that owners and property managers would appreciate a more professional, service-oriented approach to building maintenance, United Building Services began 22 years ago. Our firm was established in 1982 offering only cleaning services. Currently, the company is a general contractor specializing in many services of commercial buildings, from low rise to high rise buildings.
Maintenance United Building Services provides exterior building services in the Puget Sound area. We are maintaining hundreds of medium to high-rise buildings each year and have found that our customers benefit tremendously from all of the services that we offer. Our diversified operation offers professional high-rise window cleaning.
