I really enjoy the sense of humor that is conveyed in the product and I believe that the quality is okay. However the customer service is automated and doesn't actually address the issues.
I ordered a shirt for my dad that grew up in East Boston and he has a strong tie to his roots. I ordered a tshirt for him for Christmas. On December 13th I ordered the gift. I recieved a confirmation email right away. Two days later I received an email that the order was completed and awaiting pick up from USPS. I have ordered from Chowdaheadz in past. On 1/28 I ordered a shirt, hat and a gatorkneck. On 1/29 they ran a promotion for free gator neck a 14.99 value which I had ordered just day before. I reached out to them and asked if they would honor the free gatorneck considering I had just ordered it day before promotion. They stated they would NOT. So i am going to return all 3 items and re order. How rediculous is that!! They shipped item all ready and easy remedy on there part would have been to honor free gator rather than take a return items that are going to be return.

It's very disappointing to spend $20+ on shirts that don't last a year before being relegated to the 'yard work' clothing stash. Hailing from New England, I love the design, fit and style of the shirts. I have owned a number over the years, and some have withstood years of wear-n-tear. However, over the last 2-3 years I've noticed a drastic drop in quality. The shirts seem to be cheaply manufactured out of cheaper materials these days. They either look like they've been through the ringer after just a few months of wear and washing or they literally fall apart at the seams within months.

I've ordered a few things from Chowdaheads and everything has been delivered quickly and of great quality. This time there was an "ooooops" in my order and a custom t-shirt was misspelled. Sent an e-mail to them and in less than an hour I received a response, an apology for the error, and a promise of a new and corrected t-shirt. As soon as I finished reading the response e-mail to my initial query, I received the order confirmation for the new shirt.

Great local company which captures the essence of both the Boston sports scene as well as the local culture. Orders ship out the door right away and they are completely hassle free if you change your mind on something or order the wrong size. It is hard to look online and not find something you like.

This is a top-notch company. Not only is the gear original and awesome, the product descriptions are accurate, and the communication from the company (email confirmations, shipping status) is incredible. I'm definitely going to buy from them again. Perfect gift for anyone in the New England area. WICKED AMAZING customer service too. I bought two shirts for my bf's valentines day gift. And the USPS failed to deliver it. I contacted Chowdaheadz for help. Even though it was the USPS fault, they resent my order again as priority mail. I got the package just in time! I absolutely love this business! My husband bought me quite a few Boston Bruins shirts for Christmas and I just received my order of a Patriots shirt that I ordered 2 days ago. I have ordered 2 times from this sit the first time was seem less and the product was great!! The second time I ordered 2 shirts and put in a discount code the site never took the code!! I told them to cancel the order or just give me the coupon adjustment.they never responded to me and sent the products. Numerous attempt to contact them wen in answered!! BEST customer service! Extremely responsive to email (wrote back within 24 hours). I had to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a t-shirt that was $2.00 more. While I was willing to pay the extra $2.00, Chowdaheadz waived the extra cost and sent me a new t-shirt right away. I received the new t-shirt in less than a week from my original inquiry!! Will DEFINITELY get all my team tees from these guys. Thank you :)

First of all, major props to Chowdaheadz Boston spirit. Sadly, the product we ordered (tire cover) seemed acceptable if not better, but we could not use it because it was the wrong size. Chowdaheadz Refused to return a perfectly new unused tire cover because of the following language on their website:
"Fits mounted tires/wheels up to 32" in overall diameter and 11" wide. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SIZE before ordering! We cannot accept returns due to damaged product from incorrect sizing."

Ordered a Boston shirt from an ad in Facebook. The website was fast and easy, and BAM the shirt was in my mail in I think 48 hours!! Shirt quality is very good -- not a luxury kind of T, but not at all cheap, better than average. true to size. The design is exactly as pictured and good quality. I love the design, and will be keeping my eye open for more.

I have had good service from them in the past, so I was shocked when I got such poor service when I placed an order on July 3. I paid for priority mail and my order did not even go out till Monday ,5 days later. When I questioned them they said they were closed for the long weekend. When I asked to be reimbursed for the priority shipping I paid for and didn't get , ( asked since no where checkout did it say priority shipping was not available at that time )they said no and that they hope I had a good holiday weekend. The "I MIGHT LIVE IN (YOUR STATE) BUT I KEEP MY SOX IN BOSTON!" shirt turned out to be one of my step-dad's favorite gifts, ever. In fact, it WAS his favorite gift until I surprised him with Red Sox/Cubs tickets for Father's Day......so a t-shirt has to be pretty darn awesome to barely be surpassed by those amazing tickets, right? Right.
Instead of putting "ILLINOIS", I had Chowdaheadz put "CHICAGO", which really pissed off the (White) Sox fans when we went to one of the Sox/Sox games last year.

i ordered the "keep calm and fen way on" women's fitted shirt for a redsox vs cubs game out here in chicago and requested for them not to leave the package without getting my signature. i liked how chowdaheadz actually wrote right on the package "do not leave without signature"
