If I could give 10 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough to express how amazing this local pastry chef is. I ordered a graduation cake for my son and it was the best German chocolate cake (except for my mom’s, of course) that we have ever eaten. Lee was extremely quick to respond to my email, she suggested various ideas to fit my list of wants for the theme of the cake and when she texted to confirm the day before the event, I discovered that I had given her the wrong day. Without so much as an annoyed sigh or irritated expression, she had my cake finished in less than 6 hours, from oven to party

I am giving this business a 5 star! All the way around I couldn’t of asked for better. Normally I don’t rate, but I was in a major crunch with my daughters 4th birthday party. And in less than 24hours not only did she pull off a cake. But she made an amazing beautiful delicious cake!! I will definitely be returning to her in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a very pleasant baker 😊

I have used Confectionary Disasters for all of my son's birthdays and other events as well. Lee has consistently delivered delicious and fantastic looking cakes. One year in particular she took a drawing I did with my son and put it on his cake. It was his favorite cake so far!!! Lee is awesome, and all my cakes and goodies come from Confectionary Disasters.

Lee was available on very short notice to "fix" a cake that was beyond a disappointment to the client/bride. Lee took quick action, listened to what the complaint was and offered a solution. The client was thrilled to near tears and wished they had gone with Confectionary Disasters in the first place.

I have been using Confectionary Disasters for several years now! She does all my kids birthday cakes or cup cakes and in 2014 she did my wedding cake. Not only do her cakes turn out to be art masterpieces, but they are so delicious! (The first time I ever wish that there is left over cake after a birthday party or event!) I highly recommend them for all your cake, cup cakes and cookies need. They even make awesome pies too!

What can I say about Lee and Confectionary Disasters other than I LOVE HER!!!! Our cakes have been absolutely fabulous and it's always a HUGE hit at birthday parties! I can always count on Lee to put everything she has into what ever idea I throw at her! I personally use her every single year and wouldn't think of going anywhere else and you should too!
