1. They can't communicate
2. Cant explain anything
3. when they can't, they just become rude
4. I'm actually doing business with them for several yrs and they never had insurance policy holders and plastic envelopes that you keep in your car.
5. Store floods during rain.
6. I'll switch soon (i'm just too lazy)
7. this place is only for Asian friends. not for anyone else
8. dirty and nasty. place smells. yaak
8. i just can't express how much i hate them
