Talent Source has been a great resource for us when we need either a temp or permanent hire on short notice. Talent Source is a top notch staffing and recruiting company. They are excellent at matching high caliber candidates with openings. Other Staffing and Recruiting companies have wasted my time with sub par candidates. Talent Source never has. They also work very quickly. The owner Tammie Carr is willing to do whatever it takes to give great customer service-which includes coming in and working herself during a crisis when the temporary employee could not come to work!

I had landed a position with a company, or so I had thought, they continued to push it out a few months each time. Which I understood until now because it was a new business. I was told “they wanted to bring you on but the other girl was available first so she is starting now and you can likely start in November. The manager really liked you” then it was “they’re not ready yet” for the first 4 months of 2020. Then I was told “when they are ready to hire we will let you know!” I said okay. Come to find out this company has been hiring people and they have a larger team now. In between
