Rick, the owner/operator, has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for over 25 years. He brings vast experience in both acute care respiratory therapy, and home respiratory therapy. He also has experience in many other avenues of home medical supplies. Renee has been a Registered Nurse for over 18 years.

Better off getting supplies on Amazon. Found same exact supplies on Amazon for a third of the price, still cheaper than after insurance. Also, if you have a health spending account, good luck getting billed for the same thing for months. Nothing is automated so they send it out snail mail, bill you 3 times at a higher cost saying you haven't paid, then, later send a check to you for the amount they get back from the HSA. Get with the times. A computer would fix this. Just inconveniencing customers. I'm ordering off of Amazon. Even free shipping!

I'm sitting in my car just before the shop opens. I'm early because I just dropped my school aged children at school and drove straight here. I didn't want to make any other stops because my infant is sleeping in his car seat and I don't want him to wake up before I get this errand done. A gentleman who was going into work here noticed me in my car. He came over and asked me if I needed help. I told him I was just waiting for them to open while my baby slept. Excellent service. My daughter just got a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, we've had some problems with insurance and Family Medical has been awesome to work with. I have another daughter who gets her CPAP machine and supplies from a different local vender, her complaints about the other vender is that she often has to leave a message when she calls and then the vender typically doesn't return her phone calls. I called Family Medical once today, got my daughter in for her appointment right away, no wait time to get her training and CPAP machine.

They were very nice and professional, and an associate helped us straight away! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with how reasonable the prices were, and I got a knee scooter for about the same as what you can get on Amazon, if just a tiny bit more (worth the tiny bit more not to wait if you need something right away). They have a lot of mobility and CPAP equipment available, I don't know about other medical supplies, but they certainly had what we needed.

We had the opportunity to work with Rick, Renee, and Lena recently. I was absolutely amazed at the prompt service that our client was given. They even came to his house to do the set up and show staff how to work the machine. They were friendly, and gave prompt service. I would highly recommend Family Medical Supply and CPAP Store!
