It all started in 1986, when Sandi Rubin helped a friend who was having trouble selling her home. Here at Flair, we were staging homes before "staging" had come to the region. Sandi Rubin established the company back in 1986 and has been leading the St. Louis home staging industry ever since then. Along the way, Sandi has cultivated many home staging professionals in the area.

Flair came to the rescue when a house I have listed for sale wasn't getting the attention it deserved. Within a few days Flair Home Staging & Displays furnished the whole house with modern fixtures and furniture, and we're getting a lot of attention!

Sandi is a master designer, and her entire team is extraordinary. We have never been disappointed! Especially appreciate how they make the kitchen and every bath look fabulous. We always stage the common areas (including the lower level family room) and master bedroom. They bring the latest in design and help make the property sizzle with appeal to new buyers. Way overpriced and terrible customer service. I paid over 1% of the list price of our home to have them stage our master bedroom to look like a 1950s bed and breakfast...in our modern open-concept home. They act as though they deserve your business...captive audience as they see it. Find someone else is my recommendation.
Upset because they never bothered to set up and allow clients to pay with credit. Even if they passed on the credit card fee to me, it would have helped me. Guess where the money for a check from title company comes from when you as the seller are bringing money to closing and

I love Flair! I have sold New Homes for over 30 years and the talented Design Team at Flair work with many of our local custom builders to assist in showing their newly constructed homes. A review on a “ FLAIR staged home” will boost the comments from “LIKE” to “ STUNNING” and accentuate the features you want at the forefront not decorations! And that is how you sell homes!

I have worked with Flair Home stagings for 3 homes that I have owned while living in St Louis. I am extremely impressed by every employee I have ever worked with. My first home that Flair staged had 2 offers on it within 2 days and my second home that Flair Staged had 3 offers on it the day it was put on the market.
