Wish I would have purchased my bike here. The guys in the parts dept. are very knowledgeable in all the questions I ask, and always eager to help. The ladies in the apparel shop have gone above and beyond helping us with a warranty issue with a helmet, no questions asked. They have taken time out of theyre day to find items for me at other locations that were back ordered on online. They are very friendly and treat you like a customer should be and not just a number. I recently bought a Harley from Rossiter and lost my key.. I brought it in and things started to go sideways and mistakes were made I think on both sides. Scott stepped in and was very fair and tried to work with me. I must say he seems very nice. I greatly appreciate all the staff for making things right and would highly recommend getting your next ride there.
