We also offer the option of a Service Contract for City Water/Shallow Well customers with 9 zones or less which covers Spring Activation and Winterization. With a Service Contract, we also offer priority scheduling for service and repairs as well as a 10% discount on parts and materials.

Brett who winterized my system was very professional and the service was great. There was a slight issue with some of their equipment leaking oil in my driveway, but as soon as I brought it up, Brett was more than willing to make it right. A+++ customer service!

We had tried using another contractor before Royal Sprinkling and the difference in professionalism, promptness, and quality of work is astonishing. Royal Sprinkling came out within 2 days and could see the problem immediately, and then got it fixed right away. We were so impressed and will continue to be customers in the future.

Another contractor had accidentally punctured one of our irrigation lines, and Royal responded within a day to set up an appointment. Nick quickly and professionally made the repair for a reasonable price and saved me a Saturday. Can't even see the repair because he did such a great job putting the sod back down. Highly recommend.

I had Royal sprinkling install a full irrigation system and let me tell you, they're a top notch business to work with. Brett and his team care about the work they do and it shows in the final product! Throughout the process I had many questions and Brett never failed to return calls or texts very promptly and come to think of it, on my new build home, he was the only contractor to show up early for his appointments, let alone be on time. If you want an honest business to work with and one that wont let you down when you need something, work with Brett and his team and you'll be happy you did.

We are so glad we found Royal Sprinkling when we moved to town last summer. Brett understands how to keep a customer for the long haul rather than use the visit to jack up the price with needless repairs. He explains issues, options, and costs clearly and with transparency.
