I placed an order for tile and grout over a week ago. I was sent a notification that the tile will be shipped promptly. In the meantime, the grout I purchased together with the tile arrived few days ago, but the tile has never even shipped. I emailed and called a few times, and finally someone picked up the phone yesterday and told me I would get expedited shipment and update the latest today. Nobody has. I called and left VM and received no call back and no email back. I have hired contractors to do work on my new house, and this tile is delaying their work and costing me a lot of money. I need

I was very frustrated with the situation below; however, Henry, the owner, called me personally and was very kind and gracious. He made sure to give me a refund and apologized sincerely for what had happened. Good customer service goes a long ways, and as long as Henry displayed that he cares about his customers. Despite the incident, I changed my review to a 5 star just because of how well Henry handled the situation. Not to mention the tiles were very beautiful despite the scratches. Thanks Henry!
