Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I will not be going back. Bubbles in the polish, polish all over my skin, cuticles not completely removed living an unfinished look. In addition I was asked more than 4 times if I wanted my brows done after I had already declined. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

The staff here never disappoints. They go out of their way to ensure that their clients leave happy. The staff is very friendly and ask questions to include you in conversations. -- Reno is top notch. He makes takes the visit to a whole new level. He goes out of his way to talk with every single client whether he is working on you or not.

My Mom and I booked an appointment for pedicures and we were not disappointed! The salon is big, open space that is clean and welcoming. The ladies that worked on our toes we very friendly, took all the precautions to ensure that we were safe and that they were safe, too. We booked another appointment and look forward to being pampered again! You will not regret getting your toes or nails done here! Very nice and extremely friendly!

First time trying this place. I’ve tried many different nail places in the area, and Serenity hands down has the BEST customer service and nicest employees. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door. I chatted with other customers and they also agreed that the services, cleanliness and employees are top-notch. Definitely coming back!

Reno is absolutely amazing! He is the BEST in the area! The attention to detail and perfection is high class! I have tried so many places in the Wisconsin area “looking” for someone who could just do my nails right-the 1st time....Reno is IT! Serenity Nail & Spa is IT! Service is fantastic and the place is spotless. Everyone makes you feel welcome and Reno is amazing! I was looking for a new place but needed someone who could be gentle...Reno did just that and walked through all of my questions in detail about the product and process. He was even able to accommodate a wedding party of 9 and did a fabulous job as well. Wine, champagne, homemade egg rolls, and comfort were provided to the entire wedding party.
