To keep you and your loved ones safe, know that we have taken all recommended state and medical association precautions. If you are a new patient, print and fill out the new patient paperwork and bring it with you to initial appointment. Dr. Rizzo received his Bachelor of Science in biology- pre-medicine at SUNY Brockport and attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating from podiatry school in 1994, he completed a surgical residency at Centennial Lakes Same Day Surgery Center in Edina, Minnesota.

Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.
