Quality install. Company rep kept me posted while waiting for materials to arrive. Billy and Robert completed install, were polite, friendly and professional. Cleaned up debris when job was finished. Will definitely refer to others and call company again for other home improvement projects.

The professionals at Sundance were all excellent from setting an appointment for an estimate all the way through performing the work. I quickly got an appointment for estimate on replacing a portion of my roof and had it in hand that day. The work was scheduled and completed 2 days later. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process including the helpful folks at Sundance.

They handled so many aspects of this project & relieved to work with one contractor to handle all the misc pieces. From cabinets, flooring, lighting, tile work, drywall, painting. Hiring a company to remove and replace a deck can be overwhelming to say the least. I decided to go with Sundance Homes because of (1) sales pitch, (2) other services provided such as the deck design by an architect and replacing some of my old vinyl siding and (3) competitive price. The entire experience from sales, demolition and building of the new deck was a very positive one. The entire staff that I interacted with was very courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say to improve the project. Freddie, the sales representative, took the time to make sure he had a good understanding
