This auction is full of cheats. First of all, according policy the prices have to go up 50 by 50, but the auctioneers went up 100 by 100. Secondly, most of the internet biddings are done by their friends because they want to sell their materials with maximum price. When you compare their prices with apps like offerup, you find the same prices and maybe higher.

We had Marc auction a bunch of our collectable and antique items and certain items he said he would place a reserve on but he didn't, also there were several items that he sold that we never got paid for and never got back, some of those items were purchased by the guy who was calling the auction for Marc. We contacted the Texas auction association but they don't do anything except put a negative on them. So be careful if you plan on using them to sell your stuff! Or better yet get someone who will pay you!

I do not like to be one to give a bad rep but I know God wants us to help one another and be transparent... I recently bought a car here and it was nothing like the images on the web page the images were bad, the car did start but the motor had water in it and it only got me going for 10 min then over heated it must have been a bank repo..God blesses honesty and these people are not honest stay away I pray they change their ways or else God is not gonna bless them for long as God doesn’t bless dishonesty! Remember God is watching all we do

I do not recommend this place to buy anything from them. The Auctioneer is rude and has bad customer service. I tried to buy a SUV on Auction they failed to put the right detail of the vehicle on there website. They fail to check the vehicle before adding the detail to website. The vehicle was a 6cyl and they had it down as a 4cyl. They put the vehicle ran good. Vehicle would not start. Vehicle had no oil or water coolant. Auctioneer tried to tell me when the tow truck stings in the vehicles all the oil runs back in the engine. That’s a lie! They also fail to mention the rear damage of the vehicle

My first auction experience was with Alamo auctioneers and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Any questions I had were answered and everyone was very helpful, I didn’t feel like I was tossed into the deep end. All paperwork was explained and filled out correctly and staff made sure I could come by or call if I needed anything at all.
