Dwayne was running late but called with ETA updates or the option to reschedule. We opted to keep our appointment albeit later. We contracted for a dryer vent cleanout. He tackled the exterior vent first and then the interior. He replaced a dryer hose (with one we had) and put everything back together. It's been 8 years since it's been cleaned and this made a significant impact. It has cut our drying time in half.

I can’t thank this company and Dwayne enough!! Him and his coworker went above and beyond helping me yesterday. I wish I took before photos - the difference is AMAZING. The townhouse I just purchased had never been cleaned since what seems like 1985 when it was built, and they made sure it looked good as new before they left. They even went out and got a new bracket to hold up the dryer vent to the ceiling to help me out! Thank you so much!

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Dwayne communicated via text to let me know he was on his way and he was on time. He thoroughly assessed our needs for cleaning ducts, vents, and shampooing carpet. We were impressed with the professionalism, quality, and efficiency. I was supposed to have my carpets cleaned yesterday morning. My appointment was for 10am-11am.
I got my house ready to go, vacuumed, moved furniture, got up and ready for them.
They call my at 10:45 and say they're not at the correct location. I tried to help them find it by sending my location, the tech calls me and tells me it's an additional 24 mins away from the location google maps gave them like it was my fault. He said that was an hour and a half away from his home location. I was confused about why that was my problem seeing as how when I scheduled the appointment, nothing was

I hired Elite to clean all my carpets to have a fresh start before moving into our new house. Their prices are great and it's super easy to book on their website - mobile friendly too! I can't brag on our technician Dwayne enough! He arrived right on time, was friendly, and got right to work. He takes great pride in his work and worked his butt off!! I've hired a big name steamer before who did not do as many steps. Elite used a special vacuum, sprayed the citrus smelling chemical cleaner, went over every square inch with a scrubber (that I've never seen before from others)

We found this company through another website and gave them a try based on the reviews. Our carpets had stains we didn't know about under some furniture. We have multiple pets so it was definitely a need to address the stains. Dwayne was on time, clear on what steps were needed, and the cost which included additional charges we had not anticipated at the time we scheduled the cleaning.
