I love NCA. You do have to purchase your alarm equipment if you don’t already have some they can convert but it was still cheaper than our free equipment companies. I researched just to make sure. This is our 2nd home with them. The installation was smooth the tech explained everything. I refer all my friends and family to them. It’s the cheapest and best way to go. Make sure you research and I am sure your findings will be the same as mine. Oh best of all you are not tied up in a contract.

We chose NCA Alarm Company to install a new system throughout our home. The installer Lonnie was super efficient and installed everything we needed in less than one day. Two new panels, window and door entry alarms, glass break, water, and heat sensors, smoke alarms, and indoor + outdoor cameras. We couldn't be more happy with the install and new system! My neighbors suggested this company after I expressed unhappiness with one of the national chains. My neighbors have used this company for several years and are very satisfied. I had NCA put a system in when I moved here 10 years ago and the company has been wonderful! They are very responsive when there is an alarm, their support staff are all local, and their alarm staff is USA based, which makes a big difference to me. They offer both cellular and landline security systems at competitive rates.

I called NCA and spoke with 2 different people who told me 2 different things. One acted like I was bothering him. One of my neighbors who is happy with NCA told me to ask for John. Well John answered the phone and it was the same experience as the last 2 guys. I ended up going with a different alarm company.

Installation was easy and the installer was very kind and warm. He came and did his job and was efficient and answered all our questions. NCA has been our company of choice for home security for about 5 years. Their monitoring is very responsive and has been reliable. We did have an incident recently where the police showed up at our door after a false alarm was cancelled. After working through this incident with NCA we are satisfied that this issue has been properly addressed. We are still confident that we have chosen an excellent alarm company. Not sure what some folks problem is with businesses charging ACTUAL money for ACTUAL services. Not everything should be free, and if it were all included, you'd be paying 5x as much as the basic service. There are additional options AVAILABLE, but you don't have to purchase them if you don't want them. There are no contracts, and if you add a service, try it out, and don't want it, you can get it removed from your account. My wife and I priced out other options: ADT - $40-50/mo, Comcast Home Security - $40-45/mo. So why are we complaining about $19.99/mo? We bought our system

--Monitoring system is just as effective as the bigger chains
--Family-owned local business
--Friendly, helfpful staff
My husband accidently set off our alarm and the central monitoring station called immediately to make sure everything was okay, and because my husband couldn't remember the exact spelling of our code word, the lady sent the police over to check it out. And I'm not complaining about that....that's the kind of service
