I loved this office until I was recently. Billing in not consistent and surprise large bills continue to pile up without discussion on charges for services. At first I believed it to just be a misunderstanding that I wasn’t informed the cleaning I needed was $500 out of pocket and not communicated to me but now there’s an $800 out of pocket balance out of no where for my child’s account. Mind you I do mean out of no where because I discussed balances before the last appointment to avoid any other surprises.
