ะ๐This place is our home. We loved it here for 5years now. I want to comment on the lake. We swim in it every year. People have posted " no swimming. NOT TRUE!! It is beautiful and clean with a diving/ sunning doc for kids and adults. If you want a tour, you need to call the office at LLRVR and make an appointment. We have a new crew at the front office that is friendly and helpful! Hope to see you soon.

It has been over two years since I originally wrote a review of LLRVR. Since then we have added improvements to our lot, including a 20'x40' RV cover and a covered patio and a deck that connects the two sheds and patio together. It's a really lovely spot and we were able to remain stationary for the last year of Covid-19 isolation.
If you are looking for a campground in the Olympia vicinity, this is not your place. LLRVR does not allow transient overnight stays because it the sites are all member-owned and not open to the public. There is a minimum rental period of three months

We have been trying to get a tour of
This resort for months. The comments I have read regarding Tammy, the listing agent have been spot on! Hard to reach, never returns calls and two cancelled tours and a no show no call. Absolutely ridiculous that she is called a sales person. We have contacted a realtor who immediately set up a tour for tomorrow. I don't understand how she still has this job? I have a lot of questions about management because of it but unfortunately it's the nicest park around with pool and lake. Hopefully this is the only issue and once we're in I can forget about

My wife and decided we wanted more info on potentially purchasing at Lost Lake. I called the number on their website ( "Tammy" ) and left my phone number. We never got a call back. After reading the reviews I see that this is a big problem - customer service, no return calls, no apologies for being late, etc. Anyway, since we didn't hear from anyone we just thought we would drive down and see the place. We arrived about 11:50 am and made a mental note that the paper on the window entrance "office" was close between noon and 1pm. I walked in and introduced myself and said my wife and I would like

No photo can do justice for this amazing get away. The privacy alone is worth it's weight in gold. Every facility you could want to be comfortable at a home away from home. I urge you to come here and rent or purchase a place. It is one of the most beautiful rv parks I've ever seen. Nestled in the woods with its own private lake, Lost Lake is a great destination to get away from the rat race!!!!

My family used to camp here when I was a kid during the early 90's to 2000's, before it became a private resort. So many great memories and fun activities for all.
Earlier this year my husband and I decided to purchase one of the lots with an existing cabin "tiny home." It was meant to be our vacation spot, but we ended up selling our primary home and are living out here permanently. We just love it so much! It's kind of a bummer that so many trees have been removed to make room for fancy covered RV lots, but we're lucky enough to have our cabin situated under a beautiful maple tree.

This place is so beautiful! There are a combination of owner-occupied and renter-occupied spaces, with rules about maintaining your lot so the place is kept nice at all times. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive. If you like the feeling of living in a friendly campground, this place might be for you. A number of people enjoy daily walks down to the lake, which has a fishing dock to sit on. In summer the lake warms up enough for swimming, but there is also a really nice swimming pool. Overall, lots of rustic charm.

Phenomenal customer service, security, and amenities. Lost Lake resort permanent residents are very sweet and make the place feel like home! The resort is spotless and very well groomed. The lake is Instagram worthy and makes you feel like you are in a far away forest; but, you just minutes from the cities amenities. Highly recommend visiting all seasons of the year!

Beautiful area that is secluded. Very low lighting but great security and offers a mixture of RV and homes. The winding trail offers multiple slow down signs as there are pedestrians and children around but this RV park leans 100% towards the idea of a resort rather than a trailer park.
The roads, signs, etc are well maintained and the entrance gate staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
If you're looking for an out of the way place to park or rent, I'm sure that it's probably a little pricey but well worth it.

My grandma lives and works at Lost Lake, and has for many years. The community is very friendly, and there are so many activities for young children to participate in. I grew up going to Lost Lake resort very frequently, and I have so many great memories here. It's the friendly, peaceful environment that everyone deserves.

I posted a negative review for Lost Lake Recreation Resort a couple of years ago. I find it very interesting that within the last few months a couple of folks have purchased there and are trying to promote the "resort." Although I have not stayed at the resort in over two years, I do keep in touch with others that have and do stay there. This place is a disaster! The properties STILL do not know if they have title insurance or not. Which is a must if you are purchasing any property. The septic system is not adequate for all of the properties and it will cost millions to fix this

We have owned in the park since 2012. It is a summer escape for us and my personal happy place. While the park is currently experiencing some challenges and growing pains, it is still a place I treasure and look forward to spending time at. We love our neighbors and enjoy visiting with other residents. We have a very cool indoor outdoor pool complete with hot tub and sauna, a work out room, game room and a club house. There is also a private lake complete with a fishing dock that is stocked with fish each spring. I love that the community is gated and that we own our lot. A relaxing weekend

Looks nice enough from the gate. Very few sites have sun here.
The problem with some of these RV clubs here in Washington is that the unofficial gatekeeper is a listing agent. This one literally was going to completely blow off our appointment with no call, until I spoke with the actual gatekeeper. Then she shows up forty-five minutes late, without any excuse, asking "Do you still want to look around?" Granted, the day before we had an appointment and I called twenty minutes ahead of time to ask to reschedule for an hour later. She said no, and implied she would then not show me

We are full time RVrs and are staying at a park nearby. This is our second time in this area in less than a year, and we have been looking at property to buy so that we could come back to time and again and that would be ours. Since this resort has deeded lots, it was on our list.
We decided to stop by this resort, and I am ever so glad that we just stopped by without calling first...
We got a true first impression without any upsale. I did not get the office door all the way open before the lady at the desk started to scold me for where my vehicle was located. I immediately changed directions

What an amazing place! We have been here for a few months and my family and I couldn't be happier. The staff is always friendly and helpful, a pleasure to work with. The sales department is wonderful and is always available to answer any questions we have. The place is clean and always in such great condition. My kids love the pool and we spend almost every day there enjoying the amenities provided. The gym is perfect for my husband it has all the weights and machines he uses.
To top it off all of the residents are beautiful people. The community, the resort grounds and the amenities are more
