Additionally, I was looking for a new construction, so when I found a property that's 1.1 miles from my old dorm, I knew I had to check it out. I am looking forward to coming back home to my roots.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Horrible people to deal with - from Sales Management to the Residential Project Manager. They are rude and unprofessional. The entire process will be painful. Good luck if you can endure the lies and inconsistencies. There are much more professional builders in the area. Seek them out instead.

My experience with American Properties was amazing from start to finish. The whole team has been responsive, friendly and helpful. Kelly, Mike, Tara, Philomena, Brian and all the guys on the construction site, sales office and main office have been so friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about how beautiful my home turned out! The 10 ft island is a gorgeous centerpiece to the huge great room! Thank you American Properties team!

Great experience with American Properties’ new construction community in Middletown! ✨ The entire sales team is amazing. Kelly, Tara, and Mike almost feel like family at this point. American Properties Realty manages Beaver Brooks Apartments in Lincoln Park NJ. It has now been over 4 months and after numerous voice message to Pat Prata i still do not have my deposit back or even a phone call from her to let me know whats going on. I am extremely upset for i was rely on the timely receipt of the money to pay for my move and now i am just collecting interest charges on my credit and still trying to get thru to someone who would help me!
