When the spine is stretched, the force and position of the spine is altered. That alteration to the spine takes pressure off of the spinal discs by creating negative pressure in the disc space. The discs are gel-like cushions that exist between the bones in the spine and are designed to lubricate and cushion the spinal column.

In 2016 I had a tumor removed from my spine that had mangled the nerves from the thoracic spine to my feet. Since I was getting worse and now walking with a cane, I decided to try massage therapy. Sophie is amazing! I often do not use my cane directly after a Sophie massage. Yes, she’s that great!

Amazing! I’ve had massages in a couple places but never have I walked out so relaxed that I felt like jello. The rain drop therapy at the end of the massage is a must, I literally felt like something was being released and I have chronic spine issues with fusions, chronic pain, cervical dystonia, and had fallen down the stairs a couple days before and was banged up and still felt like jello after my massage. This spa is becoming my routine go to for relief from now on.

Absolutely amazing! I booked a couples massage for mine and my husband’s anniversary and they did not disappoint. So accommodating and professional. The package came with a one hour massage for both of us, use of the sauna and a delicious snack tray complete with bacon roses! At a very reasonable price. The best massage we’ve ever had. Truly felt like we were on vacation for a little while. Can’t wait to go back.

I called this lovely team and booked in a special deluxe one for my partners 30th Birthday. They went so above and beyond! From a sweet sign at the door, to having the place to ourselves, balloons, and even a little cake for him. We were both shocked and thoroughly enjoyed our sauna, snacks, and massage experience. Prices were insanely reasonable for the friendly, skilled treatment we received. Thanks for such a memorable time, you'll see us again!
