He worked with us when we had unexpected construction delays and was very professional, informative, and personable throughout the process. We contacted Eugene of Image Hardwood Flooring after a previous company did an awful job of refinishing the red oak floors in our home.
When Eugene came to inspect the floor he told us the person who did the refinishing didn't vacuum the floor after each coat of urethane sealer (3 coats) -- which explained why the floor was so rough and uneven.
There were other problems with the first company also but suffice to say we are seeking legal action against them.
When we got Eugene's bid it was nearly identical in cost to the first company -- but what a difference in result.

Eugene and his team installed hardwood floors throughout out our entire house. They did a fantastic job, were terrific to work with, and his bid was extremely reasonable. They were careful with our newly painted walls and kept the whole site clean and tidy. Eugene kept us updated every step of the way since we were living an hour away and managed to finish ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

We hired Image Hardwood Flooring to refinish our living room, kitchen and hallway and to buff and screen our upstairs bedroom and the steps leading up to it. Eugene Beck's bid was reasonable and competitive, and we were very satisfied with the manner in which he implemented this big project. Cabinets and rooms that were not being treated were screened off, and the equipment used to sand the floors and capture the debris ensured we returned to a clean environment. Eugene and his crew transformed our 65 year old worn and ugly wood floors into the most beautiful floors. They were so wonderful to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way. Eugene did a great job redoing the original hardwood floors in our rental. When we pulled up the carpet we found burn marks and pet stains from the previous owners. Eugene did a great job hiding those blemishes and suggested the perfect stain color. Besides doing great work, Eugene is also very nice and we really enjoyed working with him!

Eugene is a nice guy. I did everything remotely over the phone and couldn't be happier with the results. The prices were affordable and the outcome was clean. I'll probably use his services again. I was a little worried at first considering I had to let him in remotely and couldn't see the work being done. When I arrived the next day, I was glad to see the floors looked great.

The job here was a buff and 2 coats of Bona traffic. He was on time and on budget.

When i look at converting the upstairs to hardwood, I'll definitely be giving Eugene a call.

Our hardwood floors are 10 years old and needed refurbishing. Eugene was highly recommended by Flooring 101. He did a fantastic job. Our floors had damage from UV and scratches from the dogs. The finished work was beautiful.
