A full-service team of Cascade employees comes to you for deinstallation, inventory tracking, physical or electronic destruction and packaging. Our fleet of drivers and vehicles manage the secure packaging and transportation of assets from your property to our processing facility. Assets are inventoried upon arrival at Cascade, and reports are reconciled to ensure our secure chain of custody.
Devices are tested for configuration, functional and cosmetic conditions to determine disposition options. Data destruction techniques are applied, and locked devices are quarantined to be unlocked for resale. Devices that are locked using security or deployment tools are reported to the client for de-registration.

I left an irreplaceable 1980s home-video tape in a VCR that we recycled, and a week later I had tried to find the tape. Realizing it was probably there, I contacted Cascade, and Tom replied quite quickly. He got in touch with the disassembly team and within a couple days they confirmed they had the tape! It was slightly damaged due to the disassembly process already having been started, but it's not destroyed.
Thank you for the quick, polite service, team. And thanks to Tom for being super oriented to serving me.

Hi Neil,
I just want to say thank you to you and your team for helping out at Literacy Network at the IT Day of Service this week!
It was a huge help to have your team’s skills available to us on Monday. We were able to figure out a few issues that had been confounding our tech support team for a long time. We also were able to finally retire several of our older PCs and monitors.
Please share my appreciation with all of the friendly and helpful team members who were here this week.
Thanks!
Jeff
