Style Craft installed a railing for me several years ago and it still looks great! I just had them install another one and I’m just as pleased as the first time. I have had several railings installed by Connecticut Style Craft over the past five years. We had StyleCraft install a railing on the front steps of our condo. Within less than a year the concrete on one of the steps that the railing was drilled into started to crack.
When I contacted StyleCraft and asked them to come and look at it, they refused. They said that the concrete was weak and that I should call a Mason. They said nothing about having any issue with the concrete when they did the job.
When I looked around at how railings were installed on some of my neighbor's stairs I noticed that all their railings didn't have the base drilled right into the steps. Instead
