UPDATE: I have had several sessions in the egg and the change in my ability to function has been absolutely amazing! My health has improved exponentially and I have so much more balance in my life. I chose a message rock at one of my sessions and it said desire. I hadn't given much thought to that word before I saw it on the rock. The busyness of life can cause stress on our bodies that we don’t even realize. It can affect our relationships, work, and health. To be still seems like we are not accomplishing our tasks, our lists. When I take the time to be still, it allows me to connect with God, visualize the peace that I want for myself, and refreshes my mind and body. I first reached out to Kimberly regarding a skin condition (resembling psoriasis) that I had been experiencing for 10 years. It’s been a frustrating road to say the least.
