I personally would like to say Thank You to the staff and my sales consultant Sydney at High Desert Design for a job well done. Dealing with High Desert was a great experience. First of all and foremost everyone listened to what I hoped to achieve with my home not what they thought I should have.
With my ideas they were able to help me bring together the furniture and decorations to give me a home that is not only beautiful but homey at the same time.Everyone that comes to visits can't believe how nice everything looks but they also feel like they can kick back and relax. My only regret is that they don't have a store in my hometown in Idaho, if they did I would be redecorating my home there.

Gentleman called today demanding answers on some products they are moving and hung up when couldn't get them immediately. The gentlemen would not give me his name - I am sure this does not revolve around everyone at this company but be weary of the below par customer service.
*Note* Man called the wrong #, I feel bad for whoever is paying them for products and about to get treated like this.

I don't know why I waited so long to make this review. Except that looking at the bed I purchased, I realized it was put together wrong. We could not use one of the drawers because it would hit the nightstand. So my husband and neighbor took it apart and found that they broke one of the boards and taped it together. We had a problem with most everything we purchased. They delivered a broken dining room table. They delivered a broken dining room cabinet. They damaged the bedroom doorway when trying to take a chair into the room. We spent a lot of money in their store. We should have gone to
