Before we knew it, our parents couldn't even park their cars in their garage because of all the customer bikes! All this, while maintaining full-time employment.
If you've decided you want to finance your new or used motorcycle/scooter, you are not alone. Seventy percent of enthusiasts do. With a minimum down payment and approved credit, you can arrange financing right here at MCC. Talk to us about financing your Motorcycle/Scooter, with Credit and get out on the road or trails today.
Whether Roadracing or in the Dirt you will find racers experiencing enjoyment and success with MCC Motor Cycle Center support. Since the 1980s the list of Regional and National Champions in Pro and Amateur Championships is extensive. Sales Manager Scott Rothermel is 2018 AHRMA "Master of The Midwest" Regional Champion in two Classes!

The people who work there are very kind and let you see all the motorcycles without being on top of you, and then they answer all the questions you have. I recommend that you come here to buy you dirt bike, street bike, they have good price.

I recently purchased a low mileage HD V-Rod Muscle from Scott at this dealership. I saved $1000s by making the drive from Texas to Illinois and after riding the bike for the past few days (with a huge smile on my face) it was totally worth it!

I'm really happy they didn't give me the OTD price I wanted to pay for. Got the exact same bike $1200 cheaper elsewhere.
Service is lacking too.

The shop has a very diverse selection! They also host meetups and get fairly decent turn out. I was visiting for the vintage and antique motorcycle event and they organized it quite nicely!

I came hear wanting to look at their KTM Duke 200 as a replacement for my Kymco Spade 150 parade bike. I spoke with Chris and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond by taking the KTM outside so that i may take some photos for comparison between the bikes and allowed me to sit on it. Definitely a no pressure approach. I highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are interested in purchasing a bike. I will be looking forward to trading up as soon as this year's parade season and competition are over.

Haven't been to MCC for years but the new location looks great. Purchase a used bike and took it in for service (tires, desmo) and couldn't be happier knowing it's been looked over by a pro-tech.

The Covid19 setup was efficient and worked out well (drop bike off, fill out form, pay over phone, etc).

Thanks for being open! Having the bike serviced while the weather is still subpar is great.

See you in a few thousand miles!

Bought a 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 from Michael Hayes. I could not be happier with my experience with MCC and Mike. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and got me on the right bike at a great deal.
You won't find any pushy salesmen here.
Just genuine bike lovers doing what they love.
Can't wait for the riding season to begin.
Thanks, Mike & MCC.

MCC did fantastic work on my 2011 Ducati 796 ABS. It now rides better than it did when it was new and completed ahead of schedule.

Went there for some service on my vintage Honda.
Alex the service counter man was very good, knew exactly what I needed. They are a bit pricey but the old saying is true, you get what you pay for and they stand behind their work.

These guys are good guys. They fixed my 2015 Ducati 1299 panigale S. Which had less hope of fixing. It was oil leak which was almost impossible to figure out. Towed my bike frkm Detroit to Illinois because I am done with Ducati Detroit dealership (straight rip-off)
MCC is the best. Will be doing more custom work on the bike with them.

Took the beast in for its 20,000 mile major overhaul and new tires. This is the premiere motorcycle shop in Illinois as well as northwest Indiana for any Triumph or Ducati or other high end motorcycles. They have great service and their service manager Alex Becker is the best. Just make sure you call ahead because they get busy in the summer months starting in March and April.

The service department is excellent. I took my bike in for a coolant issue and to replace the chain. The staff was responsive and professional. This is a busy shop so the diagnoses took some time but they were communicative and thorough. Once they got the parts needed, which took no time at all, the actual work was done in a day. The Service Department desk provide excellent customer service. These guys know what our bikes and riding means to us and act accordingly. Thank for the great experience.

I've dealt with a lot of motorcycle dealers, often times with less than stellar results. Many times when a business has no competition, they can be arrogant. Let's face it, there aren't many Ducati dealers in this area. This place is terrific to do business with. Before I shopped for a bike from them, I bought a helmet from parts and they matched a price I found elsewhere. (Great selection of helmets by the way).

Go in, look around, no pressure. Got a question? they'll answer it. Need some space? they'll give you that too. I went looking for a Ducati, initially interested

Just bought my second bike from MCC. I really love this shop and Peter L. was great to work with. I was trading in my older Ducati Monster for a new Ducati Scrambler. In addition to a bunch of changes to the Scrambler including new bars, bar end mirrors, Termignoni exhaust, fender delete and new grips I also needed to arrange delivery for the new bike and pickup for the trade in. I was in the store on Saturday and the new bike was delivered with all the accessories installed on Thursday. Peter was very helpful during the entire process and I am very happy with the bike and with the sales and service

My boyfriend loves coming here, to see all the new bikes and whenever his bike have any issues. Alex and Aaron always takes care of the issues and are always helpful and very nice! He doesn't trust many people with his bike but he doesn't mind leaving the bike here in good hands! His issues always gets fixed and he gets to enjoy continue riding his Ducati!

Caught a nail in my rear tire. Sent these guys an email. The exchange went like this:

Me: Caught a nail, need a new rear tire.

MCC: Okay, which tire?

Me: Perelli Angel GT.

MCC: Okay, that tire is $215 plus $60 to install it.

Me: That tire is $175 online. I'll just bring one in and have you put it on.

MCC: Okay then, that'll be $90.

Me: You literally just told me it was $60 to install a tire.

MCC: If you buy the tire here, the install is $60. If you buy it elsewhere, it's $90.

Me: No thanks.

So basically, if they can't gouge you on the parts, they'll gouge

I've been generally disappointed with the brick and mortar options for motorcycle parts and accessories in the Chicagoland area. Because of the lack of in-stock inventory, I've been "forced" to buy most things online. Then I found MCC.

I was really impressed with the quantity and quality of in-stock inventory and the prices are really competitive. Also, the staff was both knowledgable and helpful.

Bottom line, MCC will now be my go to source for motorcycle parts and accessories.

I'm not one to write reviews, but felt compelled to say a few words on my positive experience with MCC. I pre-ordered a Ducati Scrambler nearly a year ago. The entire purchasing experience was easy and my sales associate (JB) was very flexible and communicative during the process. After delivery, the parts and service folks were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My last experience was with Bob, Service Manager. Bob ensured my service was completed properly and my extras were installed (successfully wrestling with an after-market part backlog). Great team and great shop! Very impressed

Nice place with friendly folks. There are no hardcore sales tactics, and you can feel free to check out all the bikes you want.

Niki, my salesman gave me such a great deal I bought my first Ducati last month. It was a 2014 Multistrada GT they had discounted. Add the 1.99% financing promo from Ducati, and it sealed the deal against a BMW R1200 GSA. After I took the bike home, I found that one of the latches on the pannier was cracked. Took it back to MCC, and Niki ordered a replacement for me.

Thanks for the great deal and service Niki!!!

Geoff is the Eaglerider representative at MCC and he is a true professional. I was able to reserve my bike via e-mail with no issues. I wanted to rent a Triumph American and Geoff let me choose between two different bikes. My bike was brand new with less than a thousand miles. Geoff took the time needed to go over all the paperwork and the bike with me. I then took pictures with my family and rode off on my cross country trip to Seattle.

The bike was perfect the entire 3,300 miles I rode it. Geoff also e-mailed me during my trip to ensure all was well. I recommend Geoff 100% and Eaglerider

Been going here for years, although I have yet to actually buy a bike from them. (My SO has bought four, though. Does that count?) Even though I've never bought a bike from them, I do buy parts and fluids for my bikes from them.

Dave, Geoff, Greg, Mike, and Johnny are all great. The old store was a wonder of space management; you were never sure how they could fit so much awesome into such a tiny space, but they did it somehow. The new space (which used to be a Ford dealership) is just HUGE -- but now they sell more gear. Which is awesome, because it's nice to have a local option with

The current Motor Cycle Center location is a bit small, but homely. They are moving to a bigger location in a few months. I can't wait as it shows nothing but positive news for their business. Anyways, I bought my KTM dirtbike here after visiting MCC many times with my boyfriend. He bought two of his sportbikes from MCC and the staff there has been nothing by nice to us the entire time. Thus it was a natural choice that I bought my KTM from them. I had only ridden 4-strokes before the KTM and they patiently answered all of the questions I had. I couldn't ask for more.
