I have been doing business with Monkey Mobility for 3 years now. Bill and Kathy, the owners, are the best at taking care of their customers. As a Disabled Vet I had the choice to go where I wanted to have my lift and scooter installed from the VA, I could have gone 5 minutes from my house or 30 minutes to Bellview at their location. I chose Mobility Monkey and it was the best decision I ever made. Their compassion, dedication and desire to treat everyone with dignity and respect is unchallenged by any business. I feel like part of their extended family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as

Kathy and Bill were marvelous. They heard my story and started searching for what i need. They referred me back to the VA but because I was on a time crunch, they--Kathy and Bill, were able to order and get my chair in within a week. I can't explain how happy I am. I am not stuck in the house but able to get out and get a little exercise. I have already taken my chair on roads, gravel, thru sand and along pebbles. The pebbles were the worst...everything else provides me with the freedom to get out again. Thank you!

Love this place. Kathy and Bill are great people to work with. My husband is a disabled veteran. Their work with the VA and their veterans is fantastic. My husband needed a scooter to get around. They helped pick out the right lift for my vehicle and the scooter that was ordered. Helped with everything needed to install lift. When we picked up the scooter, they installed lift and made sure we totally knew how to work lift and scooter.
