Services
Routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. At OculusDocs, we provide comprehensive, primary eye care services for family members of all ages. Our optometrists examine the overall health of the eye through a visual inspection of the eye and eyelids under high magnification. It is important to remember that eye and vision problems may not have obvious symptoms or signs, yet are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist.
OculusDocs patients can save time during their appointment by completing our patient registration forms prior to their visit. Please be sure to read the information and directions listed below thoroughly before downloading/completing the forms. We accept several forms of payment including, cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and LensCrafters Store Cards.
