At Radiant Acupuncture, our Fee Scale follows a simple idea: You the patient are responsible for the time you spend with me, the provider. I am contracted with many insurance companies, so I am able to bill for some services, like Acupuncture and sometimes Manual Therapy.
I strongly suggest that you contact your personal insurance carrier first to make sure I am on their network, and secondly to find out what is your personal responsibility, as in the % or copay, and deductible of your personal plan.I am not an insurance broker and I do not want to give you incorrect information.

Out of network clients will need to pay me the full service fee at the time of service and will receive am e-mail receipt, superbill, to send into your insurance. Individual sessions 40-50 minutes (cpt code 90834) at $155, most sessions paid at the time of service are this fee. With out of network insurance companies I e-mail your receipt so you can receive your reimbursements more quickly.
